A New Way To Set #Goals

So today I had a journal exercise all planned with a focus this week on goal setting, and then something cool happened!

Today I was going to have you write out all of your goals for your life etc… When I do this I normally break it down by time. I would do 10 year, 5 year, 3 year, 1 year, 6 months, 3 months … I start at 10 years and just dream really big then break it down and down until I know what I should do each day to get to my goals at 10 years. This is not too bad. BUT the focus is all wrong.

You see, what WE think we need to do to accomplish those end goals is severely limited to our own beliefs about what is possible. Not only will our goals be affected by this but our perception of how to go about it is also limited and can only be deduced by our past experiences.

If you are at all spiritual you know that is not the way to go.

So instead of focusing on the means of how to get to some goals that we think we want in 10 years, here is an exercise that focuses on your deepest desires. It makes sure that you are reaching the goals of your LIFE, and takes out (almost) all of the limiting beliefs and allows you to fully release how you are going to get there and allow for divine inspiration and intervention to play a part.

It is amazing, it might change your life.
