We all have times in our lives that feel unclear and uncertain. Complex relationships, tough career choices. Situations where we just don’t have enough information to go by our logic and we have to take a chance.
But there is one more thing we can do in times like these!
You can do this third eye meditation and ask your higher power for clarity. Sometimes it almost seems like magic how things can shift perspective after this meditation.
If you’re new to meditation, you should READ THIS FIRST and then come back and play. 🙂
Once you are in your meditation place and fully relaxed what I want you to do is breathe your breath into your hands. Each breath in imagine the universe and your higher power filling you with it’s essence. Every breath out push this power out from your center, down your arms to your hands.
It helps to visualize this as a white light or energy filling up in your hands/palms.
Keep doing this for as long as you like, until you feel that your hands hold as much of this power as you feel like you want.
Next, in your imagination, bring your glowing, energy filled hands up to the center of your forehead where people often think of the third eye being.
With your breath, breathe all of that positive healing cleansing energy from your hands into your third eye. Each breath in goes to your core and each breath out goes down your arms and pushes that light out of your hands and into your third eye.
Do this for as long as you like.
Once that is done I like to even take my imaginary fingers and wipe my third eye as if it were clouded and clean away anything blocking it.
When you’re finished you can come back to your place in your meditation world and walk up the hill and out your door. 🙂 (If you have no clue what I’m talking about READ THIS to get your meditation door and space – you’ll love it I promise!)
You can also do this for other people.
What I do is simply get to that place where my hands are all full of positive light energy from my higher power and then allow someone to come into my mind. Sometimes I have a particular person that I want to do this with and sometimes I just let someone come in on their own. (Which is ALWAYS super interesting because you never know who’s going to show up!)
Complete all the steps and then allow them to leave. I like doing this if I am having a hard time with a relationship, and I also like doing this when someone I know is having a hard time in a complex or difficult situation.
Sometimes it really clears things up for them!
